Restorative care

Restorative treatment helps repair teeth that have been damaged or lost through decay or chipped in accidents. It can also be used to improve appearances by closing gaps, repairing chips and treating discoloured or unsightly teeth.

Crowns are a porcelain or metal cover for damaged or unsightly teeth. Porcelain crowns are carefully crafted to look natural and blend in with the rest of your teeth.

Veneers provide a wafer thin mask of porcelain to hide discolouration and close unsightly gaps with little or no work being needed on the tooth itself.

Bridges can be used to firmly fit a replacement tooth or teeth, which are carefully attached to adjacent teeth.

Dentures in metal or acrylic are used to replace lost or missing teeth. Their appearance can be changed to make them more natural looking.

Implants A dental implant is an artificial tooth, which looks and works like the real thing and can be used to restore your smile by permanently replacing one or more missing teeth. An artificial titanium root replaces the root of a missing tooth. Dental implants can also save healthy teeth by eliminating the need to grind down tooth tissue, required by traditional bridgework. They can improve your appearance and smile because when teeth are lost the jawbone shrinks, causing signs of ageing.

Testimonials

The procedures for fitting the veneers were straightforward, pain free and took place over a very short period of time. Now I love smiling, I am confident about meeting new people and I love having my photo taken. I am thrilled with the results.
